Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our returns & exchanges policy:
- Eligible products can be returned / exchanged within 7 days of product delivery. Eligibility of returns / exchanges is clearly mentioned on the product page before you proceed to place your order. Please do ensure that you are aware of the returns eligibility before your place the order. Jewellery Products are not eligible for returns.
- In case you receive a damaged product (a highly unlikely event), please email us the photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving the same. Your email should also contain the order number. Address your email to email@example.com. We shall then arrange for an exchange.
- In case you do not like a product or size fit, you can request for a return / exchange within 7 days of product delivery. Requests for return / exchange must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the order details. The Pirona team must receive and approve the request, post which we shall arrange for a return pick up.
- After the request is approved, you could choose to exchange the product size or seek a refund. The refund can be in the form of redeemable store credits (which you can use later to shop at Pirona) or a refund on your original credit / debit card or bank account.
- In the case of refund to original credit / debit card or bank account, we shall refund the full amount paid (excluding any shipping costs) after deducting a nominal return shipping and restocking fee of Rs. 100. The same shall be done within 7 days of approval of refund request. However, in the case of damaged or defective products or incorrect orders, the amount shall be fully refunded.
- In case of discounts applied during ordering, the discount value shall also be adjusted in the refund, as applicable.
- An exchange can only be requested once (post which you can only request for a refund as per Point 5 above). Also, exchanges are accepted for size changes. In case you wish to exchange with a different design, we request you to request for a product return and place a fresh order for the new design.
- The returns / exchanges are subject to Pirona team’s discretion. This isn’t to scare you, as we are pretty accommodating!
